Studio Agreement
All students 18 years old and up or the parent or legal guardian of students under the age of 18 must read and sign a copy of the studio agreement before we can begin your first lesson. Please download the agreement by clicking on the download button below. Read, print and sign the agreement and bring the signed copy with you to your first lesson.
